About Site
This site was originally thought up about 4 months ago (the time of this writing being February 12 2004) as an alternate to my original site, www.geocities.com/robd452002/HOMEPage.html which had been around for about 3 years at this time, although the first year and a half it was barely updated and there was almost a period lasting almost a year where it wasn't updated at all. But soon my hits were starting to grow and my website was expanding. Thing was though all these other websites were so more superior to mine and I was beginning to want to make it so it would rival those sites. But Geocities just wasn't working. I wanted to do reviews but the way it was all set up with the pics and stuff I just couldn't do what i wanted to with them. The one thing that kept the site going was my DVD showcase which I guess you could say was the main thing at the site. Another problem arose when I was soon using about half of my webspace up. Thats where this site comes along. With the site I wanted to focus on good quality reviews without all the pics, thgat black and white reviews. This also has alot more room so I can do however many I want at however big I want then at geocities. The old website is still being updated and will continue to be updated till i completly run out of room on it. Even after that the site will still stand as i momument to this sites beginings. I am also hoping to finaish up as much of my collection as possible. But you can on it that this site is going to be here for a very very long time, and you won't be disapointed in it, thats a promise.
