Snakehead Terror Review

Snakehead Terror

Every single movie cliché that has been used 100 times over is used in this movie. And I mean every single one. Their everywhere. And if you think that makes this movie a laughable good time and at least a little fun your wrong. It just make sit even boring and the predictability level is so high in this you just sit there and don’t even remember what happened 5 min ago. Doesn’t help that you could really care les that if the group of kids in this movie are saved or not and whether town is saved or destroyed because of the creature running amok. Of course this all falls into the nature run amok series of horror films. Besides where else would a movie like this fall in? But then again nowadays it could be another one of those cheesy slasher films. It’s semi based on a true story, but aren’t they all supposedly based on one. It’s based on the Snakehead fish which is capable of living on both land and in water Only this time there is hundreds of these creatures which are all bigger then normal because of some townsperson dumping steroids into the lake. Why? No clue. The creatures aren’t to bad, although the CGI is very cheesy and unbelievable. There is some blood in this film but don’t expect much cause this movie was made for TV. There is one underwater scene in particular that is used multiple times in the movie and it’s not that hard to make it out either. I would only recommend this to people who have seen all the other nature flicks like this one and have to see them all, but even they may be disappointed with this one on some level or another.
