Childs Play 3 Review

Childs Play 3

Chucky the killer doll just won’t die will he? Not that that’s a bad thing, as I’ve said before I’ve actually enjoyed the Child’s Play sequels more then the original film. Only thing I don’t get is, why does he keep going after Andy? Can’t he find anybody else? Well he does in this sequel at least, after he goes after Andy one more time. Andy is now resigning at Kent Military school, so what dopes Chucky do but mail himself there. Once at the school the package interrupted by a little boy named Ronald Tyler. It is then Chuckey’s best interest to switch gears and go for the fresh blood instead. Andy is soon on his trail though after people start winding up dead around campus. The movies the leads to a climax that tries to out due the one in part 2, but both are on the same level. This one takes place in a haunted house ride at a carnival. But this brings up two questions. One, why would there be a carnival in the middle of no where, and two, why does the ride seem bigger then the carnival itself once they are in it? Whatever the answers are they don’t really matter, you never really think about this stuff until it is over. I really don’t think that the series has lost steam through the years, all are on par with the other. Followed by Bride of Chucky and the upcoming Seed Of Chucky.
