Chucky is back and is still chasing after little Andy. It has the same premise of the first one but most things have been proved apon. Most noticable is the special effects involving Chucky the killer doll. I must admit it was a silly premise but it still works and continue to work in the sequel as well. I do find it strange though that they would re-create the doll just for, well I dunno what they remade the exact same doll for. But of course he soon gets loose and heads off to find Andy who is now with a pair of foster parents, which also lead to more mischeif. Of course nobody believes poor Andy and they soon all wind up dead. there is an interesting climax though that takes place at the factory. The one thing that comes to my mind is where did they get all those boxes to fill up the factory like that? I'll admit that Child's Play 2, and even it's sequels, are one of the few series who sequels are better then the first movie in the series. I don't know why, i just prefer the sequels over the original. Child's Play 2 is followed by Child's play 3, Bride of Chucky, and the upcoming Seed Of Chucky.
