A type of creatures run amoke film, one of the first as far as I know of. This feature Bela Lugosi as a vengful boss who kills off his employers after they all become rish off a substence that he created. He uses the bats as his killing device after he electrically enlarges them and then enrages them with the scent of a particular pefrom he gets his victims to wear.
A spin of type of the first Universal movies, this started another series of Mummy movies ( 4 of them in all). This was also down with other well known monsters, one of the more notable ones being Frankenstein.
Sequels were just starting to become popular in the early 1940's and soon started off a new tend that wiould last throughout movie history. The invisible is now played by Vincent Price, who doesn't have much screen time as himself, soon turning invisible shortyl into the film. Some of the invisibilyt efects are quite good for the time period.
