The Most Dangerous Game

The first and best adaptation of the short story by Richard Connell’s, it’s not exactly horror but it still has a surreal image to it and holds adventure for the viewer. It’s also a very influential film as seen with all of the spin offs with different titles and many films who plots hold the same key values. It’s images of a madman hunting down human beings for his won pleasure was very explicit for it’s time but has tamed down, as with most films from this time period, to not even being comparable with onscreen horrors of today.

White Zombie

White Zombie holds the title for being one of if not the first zombie move every made. That right there is enough for it to be a great influential film, seeing that zombie movies have been a big craze since the late 70’s and they all owe it to this movie that got the ball started.
